2. Description of Service
This is a portfolio/CV hosting platform that allows registered users to:
- Create and manage professional profiles
- Display projects, skills, work experience, and education
- Generate CV exports (PDF, TXT)
- Interact with an AI-powered chatbot for profile inquiries
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Not create accounts for others without permission
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it publicly through your profile page.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Upload malicious, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Abuse the AI chatbot (spam, excessive requests)
- Use automated tools to scrape the website
- Interfere with the service's infrastructure
6. AI Chatbot
The AI chatbot uses third-party AI providers (Groq by default; OpenAI or Anthropic if you configure a Bring-Your-Own-Key credential). Conversations are processed in real-time and not permanently stored by us. The chatbot may provide inaccurate information — always verify critical details with the portfolio owner directly.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account and export a copy of your data at any time through Account Settings in your dashboard.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Content accuracy provided by users
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party service outages (e.g., Groq API)
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Poland, where applicable.
